My approach

My clinical experience has been shaped in a range of different settings.

I work with

adolescents from the age of 12, adults, and couples. People who consult me often go through periods of psychological vulnerability, anxiety, life crises, relationship difficulties, or other complex life circumstances.

My approach

My approach is integrative and combines a deep understanding of psychological processes with practical tools for working with thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. During sessions, we explore individual ways of responding, recurring internal patterns, and beliefs that may contribute to anxiety or inner tension. My work is grounded in clinical depth, professional ethics, and careful attention to the uniqueness of each individual. The process is tailored to the person’s pace, current needs, and life history. It is conceived as a safe space where experiences can be understood, inner balance gradually restored, and psychological resources strengthened.

In France

I currently work in an EHPAD (nursing home), where I support older adults facing changes related to aging, emotional difficulties, and neurocognitive disorders. My work also includes supporting families and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. In addition, during my clinical internships, I gained experience working with adolescents and their families, as well as with hospital patients, including individuals with chronic somatic illnesses and patients with alcohol dependence.

In Ukraine

My practice included work within a humanitarian organization as well as providing individual and couple consultations. I worked with diverse populations, including people experiencing anxiety, emotional exhaustion, life crises, and relationship difficulties. Clients also sought support for experiences of loss, forced life changes, identity-related questions, and professional burnout.
