Parents
Parental support addresses relational difficulties or tensions that may arise in interactions with an adolescent. The format may include consultations with parents only, as well as joint sessions involving the adolescent, depending on the situation and the needs identified. The work includes a psychoeducational component focused on the developmental specificities of adolescence, emotional fluctuations, and common behavioural reactions. It also provides a secure setting to clarify each person’s perspective, reduce tension, and foster more constructive patterns of interaction within the family.
